Refund policy
We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following exchange policy:
Exchange of Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may exchange it within 7 days of the original purchase date for the same item or a similar item of equal value. Please provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, etc.) and the defective or damaged item when making the exchange.
Exchange of Unwanted Items: If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with the item for any other reason, you may exchange it within 7 days of the original purchase date for an item of equal or lesser value. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, etc.) when making the exchange.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds or return, only exchanges.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
